Among healthy adults between the ages of 20 and 39 who have normal fasting blood glucose, those who can complete 6 out of 12 of the total consumption of glucose and white rice
Through pre-interviews, this study excluded those with immediate family history of diabetes, those with endocrine diseases such as chronic diseases or thyroid diseases, and those with a pathophysiologic risk factor such as a gastrointestinal disorder, and in the case of a woman who have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and those who could not check their blood glucose with blood glucose meter because of psychological fear. we excluded those with impaired glucose tolerance who had greater than 100 mg/dl of fasting blood glucose.
