- •Age range 30 to 45 years
- •Overweight and obese (body mass index greater than or equal to 28)
- •Lack of regular exercise for at least the last six months, no medication and supplements, no skeletal and joint disease, endocrine and hormonal, cardiovascular, autoimmune, etc.
排除标准
- •Having cardiovascular, respiratory, lumbar disc, glandular and hormonal diseases.
- •Have regular exercise in the last six months
- •Being menopausal
