Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Infants with 29 35week gestation PMA
  • •Infant should be clinically stable
  • •Nasogastric orogastric tube feeding
  • •No respiratory support in preceeding 48h
  • •Inefficient feeders less than 4ml milk in the first 5 min
  • •Apgar score of 6 at 5min after birth

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Infants suspected with congenital anomalies
  • •Infants less then 29weeks
  • •Necrotizing enterocolitis
  • •Brain injury intraventricular hemorrhage greater than grade 1
  • •Drug exposure prenatally
  • •Assistive ventilation
