Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Infants with 29 35week gestation PMA
  • Infant should be clinically stable
  • Nasogastric orogastric tube feeding
  • No respiratory support in preceeding 48h
  • Inefficient feeders less than 4ml milk in the first 5 min
  • Apgar score of 6 at 5min after birth

Exclusion Criteria

  • Infants suspected with congenital anomalies
  • Infants less then 29weeks
  • Necrotizing enterocolitis
  • Brain injury intraventricular hemorrhage greater than grade 1
  • Drug exposure prenatally
  • Assistive ventilation
