technically acceptable complete dentures in mandible and maxilla. A patient who feels there is adequate retention and stability in current maxillary denture but is unsatisfied with the retention and/or stability of the current mandibular denture.
Current dentures have been worn for at least three months to allow for adaptation.
Contraindication for implant placement,
Technically insufficient dentures,
Residual teeth or implants in the maxilla or mandible

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Enhancement of the chewing efficiency, measured by the objective masticatory performance three months after loading of a different number of implants.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Oral Health related quality of life is measured by a questionnaire three months after loading each additional implant.<br>Patients’ denture satisfaction is measured by a VAS questionnaire three months after loading each additional implant.<br>Prothetic complications will be documented continuously throughout the clinical trial.
