Adult patients (19 years or older) in surgical intensive care unit who are treated with vasopressors.
Patients under 18 years
Patients who cannot provide voluntary consent due to impaired consciousness
Pregnant or breastfeeding patients
Patients with vascular diseases
Patients with thrombosis or embolism in the relevant ulnar artery on ultrasound examination
Patients with a history of hypersensitivity or adverse reactions to nitroglycerin
Patients who have taken other nitrates within the past 24 hours
Patients taking phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors (such as sildenafil, vardenafil, tadalafil, etc.)
Patients with headaches or dizziness
Patients with glaucoma or increased intracranial pressure
Patients with methemoglobinemia
Patients with skin lesions at the application site
