简要总结
This project in the long run aims to identify the lower limb motor control mechanism in stroke patients with the minimal of individual differences, thus guiding a more effective stroke treatment strategy for future implementation. Specifically, the objectives of study are: 1) To compare the lower limb muscle morphology and contraction mechanism of effected side and uneffected side; 2) To identify the lower limb motion control mechanism of stroke patients by investigation of kinematic, kinetic, contractile (i.e. muscle architecture and lateral vibration) and neuromuscular activation characteristics;
