Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • People suffering from skin picking, aged 18 to 55\. Skin picking should result in significant impairment regarding working, managing the household or interacting with other people during the past four weeks. Total score on mSPS\-D \> 7 (cutoff).
  • Participants should have the technical resources needed for the online\-diary and online self\-help program.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Current substance abuse or addiction (apart from nicotine), current psychotic or bipolar disorder; suicidality, current psychotherapeutic treatment for skin picking.
