- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate the role of ultrasonographic assessment of anterior neck structure at the level of epiglottis [Distance from skin to epiglottis (DSE)] in predicting difficult laryngoscopy (Cormack-Lehane grade 3 and 4) in adult patients undergoing elective surgery.Timepoint: Baseline
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare ultrasonographic measurements of combination of airway parameters (skin to epiglottis distance, skin to hyoid bone distance & skin to vocal cord distance) with clinical measurements in predicting difficult laryngoscopy.Timepoint: At the time of induction of anaesthesia.
