Inclusion Criteria
•Resistant hypertension:
o elevated blood pressure (>140/90) despite the concurrent use of 3 antihypertensive drugs
o blood pressure achieves target values on =4 antihypertensive medications
•> 18 years
Exclusion Criteria
•Symptomatic heart failure
•Kidney failure
•Recent CVA or TIA (<14 days)

Name Time Method The reduction of systolic and diastolic blood pressure (mmHg) between baseline and follow-up (6 months) compared to the control group.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The percentage of patients achieving blood pressure control after 6 months, compared to the control group.<br>The number of contact moments with the outpatient clinic (visits and telephone consults), <br>Organ damage (microalbuminuria)
