- •Consent given by parents or guardian or caretaker
- •Well oriented to time and place (ASA 1)
- •No previous dental experience
- •Requiring dental extraction (Grade 1 or Grade 2 mobility as per Miller’s Classification)

- •Frankl definitely negative or negative
- •Physical or mental handicap
- •Medically compromised
- •Allergic to local anesthesia
- •Hearing loss
- •Ongoing medications
