Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •diagnosis of MDD or BD; recent treatment and discharge from specialist mental health services (within 3 months); access to a computer with camera; reliable internet connectivity.
Exclusion Criteria
- •severe substance abuse disorder; unable to speak sufficient English for psychotherapy; schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder; and having completed a course of IPSRT in past 18 months.
