- •1.Any fracture that has not united in nine months
- •2.Radiligical features of non union
- •3.Those willing to participate
- •4.Patients between 20-60 years
- •5.Patients not willing for surgery/ BMI
- •6.Patients not fit for surgery
排除标准
- •1.Infected non-unions
- •2.Associated head injury and spinal injury
- •3.Smokers and Alcoholics not willing to stop the habits
- •4.Patients on long term NSAIDs
- •5.Patients on steroids and immunosuppresors
- •6.Pregnant and lactating women
- •7.Diabetics, Renal and Hepatic failure
- •8.Immunodeficient patients
- •9.Pathological fractures
- •9.Associated deformities requiring surgical correction
