入选标准
- •1.All patients more than 18 years old undergoing major non cardiac
- •2. Patients with no comorbidities and patients with well controlled
- •systemic diseases without functional limitations like well controlled
- •Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension, current smoker, social alcohol
- •intake and obesity
- •3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade 1 and 2]
排除标准
- •1. Patients with baseline coagulopathy (Platelet less than 150000 or
- •deranged PT/INR)
- •2. Patients with underlying renal or hepatic diseases
- •3. Patients with preexisting head and neck tumors.
- •4. Patients with preexisting carotid artery disease.
- •5. Patients with severe Left Ventricular dysfunction (Ejection Fraction less than 30%)
