Inclusion Criteria
Age > 18 year
Admission in ICU less than 24 hours to enrollment
Understand Thai and able to communicate with investigator
Good level of conciousness
No other treatment to improved sleep quality
Exclusion Criteria
Bilateral deafness and/or blindness
Anatomical abnormality that prevent ear plugs and eye masks usage
Encephalopathy of any cause that causing altered level of concoiusness
Severe hemodynamic instability
Severe respiratory failure
