入选标准
- •Age > 18 year
- •Admission in ICU less than 24 hours to enrollment
- •Understand Thai and able to communicate with investigator
- •Good level of conciousness
- •No other treatment to improved sleep quality
排除标准
- •Bilateral deafness and/or blindness
- •Anatomical abnormality that prevent ear plugs and eye masks usage
- •Encephalopathy of any cause that causing altered level of concoiusness
- •Severe hemodynamic instability
- •Severe respiratory failure
