入排标准
入选标准
- •1) singleton ,full term pregnancy
- •2) ASA Physical status â?? I or II
- •3) scheduled for elective and emergency LSCS under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1) Patients refusal and not able to understand study protocol.
- •2) Patients who are hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drug.
- •3) Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
- •4) Severe PIH
- •5) Patients with compromised renal and liver function, uncontrolled diabetes severe cardiovascular and respiratory disease.
- •6) Infection, trauma, scar or sinuses at site of TAP block
