Inclusion Criteria
1) singleton ,full term pregnancy
2) ASA Physical status â?? I or II
3) scheduled for elective and emergency LSCS under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients refusal and not able to understand study protocol.
2) Patients who are hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drug.
3) Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia.
4) Severe PIH
5) Patients with compromised renal and liver function, uncontrolled diabetes severe cardiovascular and respiratory disease.
6) Infection, trauma, scar or sinuses at site of TAP block

Name Time Method To compare the time to first rescue analgesia (Vas score 4) between the two groups.Timepoint: VAS Score at 2,4,6,8,12,18 and 24 hours.

Name Time Method Hemodynamic parameter in both groups. [PR, BP, SPO2] post blockTimepoint: Baseline (just after shifted to USG room) <br/ ><br>During procedure <br/ ><br>At 15,30,45, and 60minute. <br/ ><br>At 2,4,6,8,12,18,24hour;To compare the total amount of rescue analgesia required in first 24 h post operatively. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: After 24 hrs of giving TAP block
