Inclusion Criteria
1. Adult patients between age 18-60,admitted for elective neurosurgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient with history of coronary artery disease,
2. Congestive heart failure,
3. Significant cardiac arrhythmia,
4. Chronic obstructive lung disease,
5. Acute or chronic renal/ liver disease.
