入排标准

入选标准

  • 1.Diagnosed with chronic nonspecific low back pain for more than 3 months (with or without referred pain).
  • 2.Declared medically fit to undertake physical fitness testing and exercise (based on ACSM Preparticipation algorithm).

排除标准

  • 1.Participants with NPRS of more than 7 will be excluded from the study.
  • 2.Patients already involved in regular and frequent sporting activities (for example: swimming, fitness training, cycling) at least twice a week for the past six months.
  • 3.Previous physiotherapy within the past three months.
  • 4.Inflammatory arthritis.
  • 5.Major surgery within the past year.
  • 6.Other musculoskeletal disabilities that would affect patients ability to cope with the fitness programmer.
  • 7.Spinal infection, fractures, spondylolisthesis, or malignancy.
  • 8.Pregnancy.
  • 9.Patients unable to walk without a walking aid.
  • 10.Constant or persistent severe pain judged on clinical grounds to be due to irritation of nerve root.
  • 11.Specific spinal pathology (e.g., sacroiliac joint dysfunction, disc herniation).
  • 12.Presence of cardiovascular disease.
