1.Diagnosed with chronic nonspecific low back pain for more than 3 months (with or without referred pain).
2.Declared medically fit to undertake physical fitness testing and exercise (based on ACSM Preparticipation algorithm).
1.Participants with NPRS of more than 7 will be excluded from the study.
2.Patients already involved in regular and frequent sporting activities (for example: swimming, fitness training, cycling) at least twice a week for the past six months.
3.Previous physiotherapy within the past three months.
4.Inflammatory arthritis.
5.Major surgery within the past year.
6.Other musculoskeletal disabilities that would affect patients ability to cope with the fitness programmer.
7.Spinal infection, fractures, spondylolisthesis, or malignancy.
8.Pregnancy.
9.Patients unable to walk without a walking aid.
10.Constant or persistent severe pain judged on clinical grounds to be due to irritation of nerve root.
11.Specific spinal pathology (e.g., sacroiliac joint dysfunction, disc herniation).
12.Presence of cardiovascular disease.
