Inclusion Criteria
- •Elective surgery with requiring double lumen endotracheal tube placement.
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class III and II anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with tracheostomy tube in situ.
- •Patients below the age of 18 years.
- •Hard placement of a double lumen endotracheal tube.
