Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•All adult patients aged 18 yrs and above undergoing any procedure under GA in Minor OT complex, TMH and discharged on the same day

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Patient unwilling to take part in study
•2\.All patients aged less than 18 yrs
•3\.Patients undergoing emergency surgeries
•4\.Has undergone procedure in minor OT under general anaesthesia on a prior occasion
•5\.All Indoor admissions
•6\.Inability on the part of patients as well as accompanying persons to read and write
