Inclusion Criteria
subjects with pelvic crossed syndrome and recurrent low back pain within a duration of more than 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects with any pre-existing cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine pathology, recent spinal or lower limb trauma or surgery, spasms in the spinal or lower limb muscles, congenital spinal or lower limb abnormality, any pre-existing neurological deficits, strength of less than MRC grade 3 of manual muscle testing, lower limb radiculopathy, pregnancy
