入选标准
- •All patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, for more than 5 years duration, who visit KMC, Manipal during the study period, after obtaining informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus
- •2. Known case of non-diabetic kidney disease
- •3. Patients with acute kidney injury - as per Serum Creatinine value over the last 3 months
- •4. Gestational Diabetes
- •5. Patients with liver disease
- •6. Known case of pancreatic malignancy
- •7. Patients with acute infection
- •8. Inflammatory conditions
- •9. Hypoalbuminemia - serum albumin less than 2.5
- •10. Known case of Hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism
