All children aged 1 month to 15 years admitted to PICU with suspected bacterial infection with SIRS
Exclusion Criteria
Culture positive sepsis, pneumonia, meningitis
Children who got discharge /Died within 48 hours of estimation
Children on immunosuppression
Surgical patients / Polytrauma
