Name Time Method Determine if the tissue surrounding tumour cells exhibits a higher mutation rate compared to non-infiltrated tissue
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Exploring the factors underlying the heightened mutation rate in adjacent tissue, encompassing genetic, metabolic, and proteomic changes. Additionally, the correlation between mutation rates in the stroma and patients' prognosis and outcomes will be investigated.
