This study evaluates the effectiveness of a oriented massage by comparing it with that of a classic symmetrical massage.

After being informed, included and randomised, the 50 people received four successive massages. Four receive a symmetrical massage and four receive a directional massage, in a 1:1 ratio.

- 18 Years 至 80 Years（Adult, Older Adult）

入选标准
- •Patients suffering from chronic spinal pain (for at least 3 months) refractory to PO2S
- •Patients aged between 18 and 80
- •Patients having been treated with PO2S and still suffering from refractory pain
- •Patients who gave informed consent to participate in the study
排除标准
- •Patients whose chronic spinal pain is caused by inflammatory disease, tumour, infection or trauma to the back.
- •Patients with a history of back surgery and/or vertebral fracture in the last 6 months
- •Patients with a motor disability related to the reason for consultation
- •Women who are more than six months pregnant.
- •Patients who are unable to communicate or understand the study process.
- •Patients who had been assessed and excluded by Dr Jean Luc Isambert.
