This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of homoeopathic management in patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) aged 18–64 years using Kent’s Repertory. A quasi-experimental clinical study will be conducted on 30 patients. Participants will receive individualized homoeopathic treatment based on detailed case evaluation and repertorization. Anxiety severity will be assessed using the GAD-7 scale before and after treatment. The study duration is 18 months, and outcomes will be measured by change in GAD-7 scores.After Data Collection ,Data Will Be Analysed And Evaluated With Appropriate Statastical Test.

- •Age groups of (18 years to 64 years) .
- •2.Patient willing to undergo homoeopathic treatment.
- •3.Cases of both sexes will be included in this study.
- •4.Patients from all socioeconomic statuses will be considered for the study.
- •A patient suffering from generalized anxiety disorder will be selected as per ICD-11 Code 6B
- •6.Patient Presenting With Anxiety Symptoms Associated With A Primary Disease Condition.

- •Cases with an unclear picture of the disease.
- •Patients suffering from other psychiatric disorders and medical illnesses.
- •patients with a current or past history of alcohol or Substance abuse.
- •patients with emergency psychiatric conditions.
