Inclusion Criteria

1.Head & Neck cancer patients starting a course of post op RT.

2.Surgery to one side of the neck only or Modified neck dissection.

3.Patients planned for antero lateral or single lateral RT field.

4.No history of previous shoulder or neck surgery or known shoulder pathology.

5.Shoulder abduction active range of motion not more than 90 degree.

6.Patients having no evidence of residual CA in neck or shoulder or any metastasis.

7.Age more than 18 years.

8.Patients who are able to carry out resistive exercises.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients with bilateral neck surgery or Radical neck dissection

2.Patients who are unable to cooperate with the exercise programme due to physical psychological, social or any other reason.

3.Patients who are unable to give written consent
