General cervical Exercise	General cervical Exercise	Students of this group will perform general exercises of the cervical region to strengthen the Muscles.
Lumber Extension Excersie	Lumber strengthening exercises	Lumber Extension Excersie will be done to prevent the lumber straighten.

Visual Analog scale	6weeks	The visual analog scale for pain is a straight line with one end meaning no pain and the other end meaning the worst pain imaginable. A patient marks a point on the line that matches the amount of pain he or she feels. It may be used to help choose the right dose of pain medicine. Also called VAS.; A tool used to help a person rate the intensity of certain sensations and feelings, such as pain. The visual analog scale for pain is a straight line with one end meaning no pain and the other end meaning the worst pain imaginable.
Numeric Pain Rating scale.	8 weeks	The numerical Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) is a subjective measure in which individuals rate their pain on an eleven-point numerical scale. The scale is composed of 0 (no pain at all) to 10 (worst imaginable pain).
