Group Intervention Description General cervical Exercise General cervical Exercise Students of this group will perform general exercises of the cervical region to strengthen the Muscles. Lumber Extension Excersie Lumber strengthening exercises Lumber Extension Excersie will be done to prevent the lumber straighten.
