Inclusion Criteria
oAge group: 21-60 years old
oSex: both sexes
oASA I and II
oPatient undergo open nephrectomy surgery
Exclusion Criteria
oASA III and IV
oPatient refusal
oMental illness
oHistory of alcohol or analgesic dependence
oCoagulopathy
oSevere hepatic dysfunction
oChronic pain
oInfection at site of needle insertion
oAllergy to local anesthetic
oBMI more than 30kg/m2 or less than 15 kg/m2
