•1.Patients having signs and symptoms of sandhigatav vata affecting janu.
•2.All economic strata and prakruti.

排除标准

•1.Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis 2.Uncontrolled Hypertension 3.Diseases like paralysis,parkinsons disease,severe anaemia,cancer.
•4.secondary osteoarthritis due to tuberculosis,AIDS.
