Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients (aged between 18â??65 years) of either sex undergoing any headâ??neck surgery or faciomaxillary surgery requiring arterial cannulation for hemodynamic monitoring will be recruited
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patientâ??s refusal to participate 2. Patients with absence of an amplitude of PTA pulsation 3. Skin erosions near the insertion site 4. Obesity defined by body mass index >30 kg/m2.
