Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients (aged between 18â??65 years) of either sex undergoing any headâ??neck surgery or faciomaxillary surgery requiring arterial cannulation for hemodynamic monitoring will be recruited
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Patientâ??s refusal to participate 2. Patients with absence of an amplitude of PTA pulsation 3. Skin erosions near the insertion site 4. Obesity defined by body mass index >30 kg/m2.
