入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients having pre-diabetes: HbA1c 5.7-6.4%,
- •fasting blood glucose 100-125 mg/dl, impaired
- •fasting glucose- 140-199 mg/dl (ICD-10 code
- •2. Age: 18-65 years.
- •3. Sex: Both Male and Female.
- •4. Indian Diabetic Risk Score (IDRS) more than 60.
- •5. Literate patient; ability to read English or
- •6. Providing with written informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Patients having diabetes mellitus.
- •2. Currently undergoing anti-diabetic drug
- •3. Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or
- •psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or
- •life-threatening illness affecting quality of
- •life or any vital organ failure.
- •4. Patients with a habit of tobacco chewing and/
- •or smoking, alcoholism and/or any other
- •form(s) of substance abuse and/or dependence.
- •5. Vulnerable population: unconscious,ambulatory,
- •too sick for consultation, differently abled,
- •terminally or critically ill patients,
- •mentally incompetent people.
- •6. Self-reported immune-compromised state.
- •7. Dyslipidemia: Total cholesterol- more than
- •199 mg/dl of blood, triglycerides more than
- •150 mg/dl, LDL more than 100 mg/dl, VLDL more
- •than 150 mg/dl.
- •8. Serum urea: more than 40 mg/dl of blood and
- •serum creatinine more than 1.2 mg/dl of blood
- •will be excluded.
- •9. Pregnant and puerperal women and lactating
- •10. Undergoing homeopathic treatment for any
- •chronic disease within last 6 months.
- •11. Patients who are too sick for consultation.
