i.Medically fit children.
ii.Clinical examination revealing at least one carious lesion based on the International Caries Detection and Assessment System (ICDAS) with scores ranging from 1 to 5.22 Using ICDAS, carious lesions in the primary and permanent dentition were categorized as
a.Initial caries (ICDAS 1 or 2)
b.Non-cavitated lesions (ICDAS 3 or 4)
c.Active cavitated lesions extending into dentin (ICDAS 5)
iii.Children who agreed to participate and whose parents signed an informed consent.
iv.Cooperative or potentially cooperative children
a)Children who have known allergies to silver products.
b)Children with special health care needs or any medical conditions.
c)Children with designated teeth having more than one third of their crown missing.
d)Children with designated teeth showing signs of pulpal pathology such as spontaneous pain, presence of an abscess or sinus or mobility.
e)Children with designated teeth having an existing restoration.
f)Children with designated teeth having deep carious lesions with close proximity to the pulp.

Name Time Method 1.For the treated teeth under the categories of initial caries and non-cavitated caries tactile and visual characteristics of enamel and dentinal lesion activity (active/ inactive) are checked based on ICDAS-II classifications.Timepoint: 0,6,12,18 months
