Inclusion Criteria
Distal radius fracture patients age more than 18 years old who have been operatively treated with volar locking plate fixation.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pathological fracture
2. Open fracture
3. Previous history of wrist fracture
4. Congenital deformity of wrist
5. Multiple trauma and/or multiple fractures
6. Psychosis or impaired cognitive function
