- •Distal radius fracture patients age more than 18 years old who have been operatively treated with volar locking plate fixation.

- •1. Pathological fracture
- •2. Open fracture
- •3. Previous history of wrist fracture
- •4. Congenital deformity of wrist
- •5. Multiple trauma and/or multiple fractures
- •6. Psychosis or impaired cognitive function
