Inclusion Criteria
Both male and female under the age group of 20 to 60 years who meet the DSM-4 diagnostic criteria for Insomnia and willing to give consent
Exclusion Criteria
patient with depression ,schizophrenia , Obstructive sleep apnea. Women during menstrual bleeding
