Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women aged 18 and over; having had a cesarean or vaginal delivery at the Hospital Materno Infantil de Ponta Grossa; present discomfort related to pelvic floor dysfunctions; present a medical certificate, if necessary
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women with acute or chronic physical conditions that result in loss of motor, physiological and/or cognitive abilities, for example, spinal cord injuries and neurodegenerative diseases
