Inclusion Criteria
Women aged 18 and over; having had a cesarean or vaginal delivery at the Hospital Materno Infantil de Ponta Grossa; present discomfort related to pelvic floor dysfunctions; present a medical certificate, if necessary
Exclusion Criteria
Women with acute or chronic physical conditions that result in loss of motor, physiological and/or cognitive abilities, for example, spinal cord injuries and neurodegenerative diseases

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pelvic floor muscle dysfunction. This variable will be measured from the Pelvic Floor Bother Questionnaire (PFBQ), considering at least one positive answer to the questions that make up the questionnaire. This outcome will be evaluated at the beginning, after 6 weeks and at the end of the 12 weeks of intervention.<br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Perception of quality of life. This variable will be measured from the abbreviated version of the quality of life assessment questionnaire developed by the World Health Organization (WHOQOL-Bref). The perception of quality of life will be categorized as satisfactory, with scores above 50, and unsatisfactory, with scores less than or equal to 50, on a scale from 0 to 100. This outcome will be assessed at the beginning, after 6 weeks and at the end of 12 weeks weeks of intervention.<br>
