Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • i.Patients diagnosed with psychotic disorders(F20\-29\) as per ICD\-10
  • ii.Patients taking IP care after discharge shall be included in the study during follow up.
  • iii.Age group 18\-65 years.
  • iv.Both genders.

Exclusion Criteria

  • i.Patients with co\-morbid substance use disorders except nicotine.
  • ii.Patients on depot medications in psychiatry.
  • iii.Lack of access to mobile phone in the family
  • iv.Patient and/or caregiver cannot read and understand either English or Tamil.
