Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •i.Patients diagnosed with psychotic disorders(F20\-29\) as per ICD\-10
- •ii.Patients taking IP care after discharge shall be included in the study during follow up.
- •iii.Age group 18\-65 years.
- •iv.Both genders.
Exclusion Criteria
- •i.Patients with co\-morbid substance use disorders except nicotine.
- •ii.Patients on depot medications in psychiatry.
- •iii.Lack of access to mobile phone in the family
- •iv.Patient and/or caregiver cannot read and understand either English or Tamil.
