Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosed with OA knee of grade II and III according to kellgren\-Lawrence classification of knee OA.
  • Participants willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Clinically diagnosed participants having any systemic joint pathology, inflammatory joint disease
  • 2\) any history of surgery related to lower limbs
  • 3\) participants on medication like corticosteroid, antidepressants, anti\-inflammatory medication during the study
  • 4\) participants undergone physiotherapy treatment for the same condition in recent months
