1.Gynecologic patients undergoing exploratomy laparotomy with spinal anesthesia such as total abdominal hysterectomy, salpingo-oophorectomy. Patients is not diagnostic cancer.
2. Age from 18-65 years
3. ASA class I-II
4. Elective surgical case
5. In gynecologic patients receive spinal block alone.
1. Patients history of lung disease
2. Patients history of any cardiovascular disease,End Stage Renal Disease
3. Smoking
4.Non pregnancy
5.BMI < 30
6.History of cardiovascular surgery,abdominal surgery,
7. History of abnormal chest wall ,Scoliosis,Kyphosis
8. History of Anti-psychotic drug, Regular sedative drug use
