Inclusion Criteria
- •Persons, who belong to at least one of the following groups: patients with clinically significant psychological symptoms, general practitioners, medical specialists in a family practice, medical and psychological psychotherapists, health policymakers and written informed informed consent and must be minimum 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria
- •no given informed consent, inadequate language skills, and / or cognitive impairment which excludes the completion of the questionnaires or participation in the interviews or focus groups (Clinical impression, possibly objectified through 6-item-screener) or / and with patients: a) existence of severe mental health problems that need immediate other Treatment (e.g., acute suicidal ideation, acute psychosis), and b) those already in specialist treatment for depression or anxiety
