Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnant patients undergo cesarean delivery,
- •2\. ASA physical status 1\-3,
- •3\. History of opioid dependence,
- •4\. History of chronic pain
- •5\. History of allergy to opioids, ketorolac, paracetamol, ibuprofen,
- •6\. History of asthma
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Body Mass Index more than 35\.0 kg/m2,
- •2\. Obstetric life\-threatening conditions,
