Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pregnant patients undergo cesarean delivery,
  • •2\. ASA physical status 1\-3,
  • •3\. History of opioid dependence,
  • •4\. History of chronic pain
  • •5\. History of allergy to opioids, ketorolac, paracetamol, ibuprofen,
  • •6\. History of asthma

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Body Mass Index more than 35\.0 kg/m2,
  • •2\. Obstetric life\-threatening conditions,
