Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Pregnant patients undergo cesarean delivery,
  • 2\. ASA physical status 1\-3,
  • 3\. History of opioid dependence,
  • 4\. History of chronic pain
  • 5\. History of allergy to opioids, ketorolac, paracetamol, ibuprofen,
  • 6\. History of asthma

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Body Mass Index more than 35\.0 kg/m2,
  • 2\. Obstetric life\-threatening conditions,
