入选标准
- •Post-operative patients between the age group of 20-80 years who underwent Fissurectomy/Haemorrhoidectomy/Fistulotomy, Lord’s dilatation.
- •2.Gender-Both male and female.
排除标准
- •Patients who were: pregnant or lactating.
- •2.Patients not willing for local application of DashmoolaGhritapichu .
- •3.operated for fissure-in-ano/haemorrhoids/fistula-in-ano associated with IBS or diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, in immune compromised state, suffering from systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis.
- •4.positive for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), venereal disease and hepatitis-B, CA rectum.
- •Patient unfit for surgery will be excluded for this study .

To evaluate the efficacy of dashmoola siddha ghrita pichu in post operative pain management .
时间窗: adviced for 5 to 7 days after surgery.
