- •1.Women between 20-45 years with symptomatic intramural and subserous myomas desirous of future fertility or preserving uterus
- •2.Single Myoma > 10cm size
- •3.Willingness to participate
排除标准
- •1.Submucosal myomas
- •2.Associated endometriosis
- •3.Pregnancy 4. Previous myomectomy/ laparotomy
- •5. Suspected malignancy
- •6. Any contraindication to laparoscopic surgery
