Inclusion Criteria
1.Women between 20-45 years with symptomatic intramural and subserous myomas desirous of future fertility or preserving uterus
2.Single Myoma > 10cm size
3.Willingness to participate
Exclusion Criteria
1.Submucosal myomas
2.Associated endometriosis
3.Pregnancy 4. Previous myomectomy/ laparotomy
5. Suspected malignancy
6. Any contraindication to laparoscopic surgery

Name Time Method i.The time taken for myomectomy <br/ ><br>ii.Amount of blood loss and need of blood transfusion <br/ ><br>iii.Ease of performance on a 5-point Likertâ??s scale ranging from 1(very easy) to 5(very difficult). <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline
