Inclusion Criteria

1) Age: 18-70 years old.
2) infected with any of the four species of STHs (i.e. Ascaris or hookworms or Trichuris or Strongyloides).

Exclusion Criteria

1) history of acute or severe chronic.
2) pregnancy or lactation
3) vomit within 4 hours after drug administration.
4) unable to provide a stool sample at follow-up.
5) known history of allergic reaction to ABZ, MBZ, IVR.
