Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •English/ Hindi speaking parents (mother or father) not currently engaging in paid work whose last adult child has moved away due to work or marriage more than one year but no more than five years ago will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Parents who have a physical disability or a history of depression, anxiety disorder or other psychiatric illnesses or cognitive deficits and are taking treatment for the same (based on self\- report), parents who have lost a child will be excluded. Single, widowed or divorced parents will also be excluded. Families where the child has moved away while the spouse stays with the parents will also be excluded.
