Name Time Method The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of Dexmedetomidine and Tramadol in treatment of shivering after spinal anesthesia.Timepoint: 120 minute
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The purpose of this research is to examine the hemodynamic effects of dexmedetomidine & tramadol in the treatment of shivering after spinal anaesthesia till spinal anesthesia effect waives off.Timepoint: After the administration of study drug, hemodynamic variables will continued to be monitored at baseline to every 5 minutes till 60 minutes
